GymABLE

Our GymABLE classes are for children with physical and/or intellectual disabilities. We have been running these classes since 2019 when we were selected to do so by Gymnastics Ireland.

GymABLE is an inclusive programme targeted at providing opportunities for people with disabilities. Gymnastics can be adapted to be inclusive for everyone regardless of ability. 

The aim of these classes is to encourage children to improve their balance, coordination and movement and to learn new skills in a fun and relaxed environment. The classes also offer a social experience for children and their parents. These classes are open to girls and boys age 6 and over. We do have quite a lengthy waiting list for spaces in our GymABLE classes but please email info@saltocork.ie if you'd like your child to be added to it.
